E Center Head Start Programs
E Center خدماتی را برای Early Head Start، Head Start، Migrant Seasonal Head Start و Migrant Early Head Start ارائه می دهد. خدمات آموزش جامع دوران کودکی، بهداشت، تغذیه و مشارکت والدین را برای کودکان 0-5 ساله و خانواده های آنها بدون هیچ هزینه ای برای شرکت کنندگان ارائه می دهد. برنامه های Head Start مرکز E در 9 شهرستان کالیفرنیای شمالی فعالیت می کنند: Butte، Colusa، Glenn، Lake، Sonoma، Sutter، Tehama، Yolo، Yuba.

CalAIM Program
Community Support will help coordinate/link individuals experiencing homelessness and families experiencing homelessness to safe and stable housing resources with the assistance of a Case Manager. We will meet members wherever they are – on the street, in a shelter, doctors office, or their home.
Enhanced Care Management will address clinical & non-clinical needs through intensive coordination of health and health-related services making it easier for members to get the right care at the right time. We will meet members wherever they are – on the street, in a shelter, doctors office, or their home.
