E Center is required to procure in-kind donations equaling 20% of our Head Start grants. These donations come in the form of goods and services from parents, contracted vendors and community members. Time spent working with Head Start children inside and outside of the classroom can be considered an in-kind donation.

*All volunteers who interact with children must show proof of having received the required immunizations, as outlined in SB792. All volunteers who volunteer more than 7 hours/month must have a tuberculosis (TB) clearance as well. Fingerprint clearance may be requested as needed.
